How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Request additional photographs or information.
- Reject claims that do not meet policy requirements.
- Decline requests submitted after the specified reporting period.
Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
If a return or exchange request is approved:
- Orange Herb may arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product back to a designated address.
- Return shipping costs may be reimbursed after approval and verification.
Refund for Return Cases
If a replacement product is unavailable, Orange Herb may offer:

- Partial refund
- Store credit
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be governed by this Return & Exchange Policy.
